Admission Rules

 
When applying for admission to the University of Tourism and Foreign Languages in Warsaw, you should submit the documents listed below to the Admissions Office or send them by post to the university’s address with the note ‘Admissions Office’. Admissions are based on the order of applications and assignment to appropriate language groups based on points received for the foreign language on the high school diploma.
 

The following documents must be submitted:

• Personal Questionnaire
• Agreement for the provision of educational services – 2 copies
• Fee regulations – 2 copies
• Photograph – 1 piece in accordance with the requirements for issuing personal ID.
• Confirmation of required entry fees

 
In addition, for first-degree (bachelor’s) studies, the following documents are required:
 

• High school diploma or copy + photocopy of the original
• Secondary school certificate or copy + photocopy of the original
• Copy of the passport in the case of a foreigner

 
Additionally, for second-degree (master’s) studies, the following are required:
 

• Photocopy of diploma supplement + photocopy of the original
• Original diploma or copy + photocopy of the original

Polish language course for foreign students – Polish language course for foreign students
 

Documents required for Postgraduate Studies

• Personal Questionnaire for a candidate for postgraduate studies
• Agreement for the provision of educational services – 2 copies
• Fee regulations for postgraduate studies – 2 copies
• Photograph – 1 piece

 
Additionally, the following are required:
 

• Diploma of completion of studies
• Copy of the passport in the case of a foreigner

Postgraduate studies in the field of Sworn Translator

 
Admission is based on a written entrance exam in a foreign language and a qualifying interview.
