Principles of transport and forwarding, including route planning, liaising with freight forwarders and customs regulations
IT logistics systems
Practical exercises in the use of ERP systems and advanced IT tools to support logistics
Learning the Polish language
Intensive study of Polish at a basic level, adapted to professional and logistical needs.
Inventory management and demand forecasting
Techniques for demand forecasting, inventory management and minimising inventory-related costs
Sustainable logistics and reverse logistics
Green approaches to logistics: waste minimisation strategies, post-lifecycle product management and reverse logistics.
English language learning
English language learning with particular emphasis on industry vocabulary related to logistics and supply chain management.
