His scientific achievements are closely related to the education profile of the Tourism and Recreation Department at WSTiJO. His scientific works, published in monographs and in the Scientific Notebooks of WSTiJO and others, fall within the field of social sciences – Economics and Management Sciences. These publications deal with widely understood marketing activities carried out in the tourism sector, relationship marketing, motivational tourism in human resources management, and culinary heritage as an element of cultural heritage. Several publications also concern business tourism. Professional experience gained outside WSTiJO includes many years of work as a scientific and didactic employee at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of SGGW and at the Higher School of Economics and Computer Science in Warsaw (currently Vistula), foreign scientific internships, work as an expert – performing scientific expertise for the Senate of the Republic of Poland and for companies involved in the distribution and marketing of products.
